Group Classes

Group classes are a great way to improve your all round fitness around friends and other like minded people. Each session is different but uses a core group of effective exercises.

Lift – Pull – Push – Press – Throw – Jump – Run

We do functional exercises using ‘free weights’ and our bodies. This will teach you to use your body in a way that will improve your ability to do things as well as the way you look and feel.

Kettlebells – Barbells – Medicine balls – Rowing machines – Gymnastics Rings
And more

I pay great attention to individuals technique and posture to ensure all train safely.

A variety of classes are available:

Advanced Class – Are structured to include strength training, high intensity interval training and stretching.

Novice – The same as above but at a basic level, for anyone who’s new to fitness.

Intervals – A morning blast to jump start your day. Low resistance, high intensity work.

Barbell Club – Improve your skills on specific lifts and complimentary exercises.

Mobility

Prehab – Take time to work on your flexibility and tissue health with the planned programme.

Rehab – Use the time to rehabilitate injuries you may have.

Induction – A class prerequisite for anyone who wishes to begin sessions. This will give you the basic knowledge needed to start training with us.
